To play a game while offline just visit the game page at least once while connected to the Internet on your device. You might also want to consider bookmarking the game to make it easy to get back to later.
Remember to repeat the above steps for each game (Klondike, Pyramid, etc.) and on each device (laptop, tablet, smart phone etc.) you want to use offline.
